Premium Solutions Group (PSG) believes that quality beats quantity every time. Consequently, they have made it their mission to raise client expectations in the realm of integrated services.
PSG approached us during a rebranding period. They wanted to increase their reputation for trustworthiness by identifying novel means to display professional behaviour at all levels. Their custom branding project stretched across multiple domains, including the look of their staff, the feel of their office, and their presence at events.
First and foremost were the creation of bespoke uniforms that staff at all levels could wear to take pride in their organisation. These consisted of black polo shirts and dress shirts featuring PSG’s iconic eagle insignia. The encouragement of staff to wear company clothing assisted in holding staff accountable, thus increasing their intrinsic motivation to operate according to PSG’s core values.
To revitalise their office space, PSG ordered custom stationary such as notebooks and pens, as well as lanyards, decals and outdoor signage. In addition, business cards and media walls were provided for relevant use. All together, these products positively affected PSG as an organisation. This is reflected in their rapid growth within the last 48 months, as they have cemented themselves as a top player across a range of industries including strata, government and hospitality.
